Women Scientist of the Month November 2024 – Prof. Dr. Claudia Stern

Prof. Dr. Claudia Stern has worked at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) Institute of Aerospace Medicine since 1996 and has headed the Department of Clinical Aerospace Medicine since 2014. As a flight surgeon, she looks after European pilots and also astronauts before, during, and after their missions. As a scientist, she conducts scientific research in aerospace medicine.
